What to expect

  • Identify, develop and increase customer base in the assigned territory, primarily through a high level of activity including face to face meetings, customer engagement and creating a pipeline.
  • Presenting our products and services portfolio, managing enquiries, negotiating and supporting the customer from concept stage to design in (design-win), ensuring product diversity growth.
  • Customer support and answering customers’ questions about products, prices, availability and product uses
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues to develop and maintain customer relationships, and to strategically develop the assigned area towards positive growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Use of customer relationship management (CRM) platform to aid in project progression, product diversity growth and production planning

What you bring

  • Proven experience in direct technical sales / electronic component sales and design or / and Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics Engineering
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • High willingness to travel on the assigned territory
  • Fluent English & Minimum visa requirements – NZ permanent resident
  • Your strengths: high self-motivation, autonomous, strong work ethic, and confidence to work in a multidisciplinary team
