What to expect

  • Understand the basic applications we sell to, internal capabilities and competitive advantages of our products to cater solution for customer needs
  • Use company software to record customer management activities, generate quotations and manage customer orders, forecast, contracts and expedites
  • Increase market share through cross-selling, up-selling and add-on sales
  • Drive customer potential evaluation with internal partners
  • Optimize customer demand with internal inventory
  • Drive regular contact with established customer base with an emphasis on developing long term relationships
  • Link customers’ requirements and information provided from the Key Account Manager with the company’s internal capabilities and departments to ensure company can meet or exceed those expectations

What you bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Understanding of automotive Tier structure, automotive processes and its risks, core tools (MSA, APQP, CP, FMEA, PPAP) and handling of customer specific requirements
  • Understanding business economics and project management skills
  • Commitment and solution & service orientated mindset
  • Understand the basic applications, capabilities, and competitive advantages of our products
  • Detail oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Ability to create solutions when obstacles arise
  • Self-motivation and confidence with ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Project management skills including effective communication, planning, risk management, time & resource allocation, team coordination and adaptability
