Business Development Manager – Digitale Plattformen & EMS Prototyping (m/f/d)
in Waldenburg

Your exciting field of work:

You are familiar with the digital ecosystem of EMS procurement markets and know what it takes to operate successfully in e-business. In this responsible position, you will make a significant contribution to expanding and establishing our digital procurement platforms worldwide. With your entrepreneurial thinking and initiative, you will identify new business potential, develop EMS partnerships and place our design-in solutions along the entire project cycle. You build sustainable bridges between customers, technologies and international markets.
  • Recognizing potential: Global market analysis and identification of new potential in the area of procurement and processing platforms. Building and maintaining a portfolio of relationships with these platform providers
  • Maintaining relationships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with prototyping EMS companies worldwide in collaboration with local sales teams.
  • Capturing markets: Observing and recognizing market developments and trends and projecting them into the organization
  • Set focus: Accompanying pilot projects and MVPs in close cooperation with internal interfaces
  • Increase performance: responsibility for sales growth in new digital business areas
  • Shine professionally: First point of contact for sales when it comes to procurement platforms and EMS prototyping

Your convincing skills:

  • Basics: Knowledge of digital platform solutions and their economic evaluation
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge in the field of electronics manufacturing & EMS
  • Passion: Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Communication: Business fluent English and good German skills
  • Willingness to travel: Enjoy convincing people in person on national and international business trips
  • Strengths: High level of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, technical affinity and intercultural competence
