What to expect
- Definition of Stategy and Actions for China together with WE ICS Management including a reliable business plan
- Support to prepare and finally establish a company in China
- Build up infrastructure in China
- Business Development on site according to business plan for around three to five years
- Supervisor for all active and new employees in China
What you bring
- Strong ability for logical reasoning, applied learning and customer orientation
- Knowledge about Chinese markets and within our target sectors (Agriculture, Construction and Truck & Bus)
- Experience about Chinese regulations with regards to founding a company
- Experience in the field of employee management
- Chinese spoken and written, English fluent and German as additional qualification
- Your strengths: High self-motivation, strong communication skills, flexibility
