The business unit Wurth Electronics Midcom, a US based company with its European headquarters in Germany, is focused on the design and manufacture of custom magnetics.
 

What to expect

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on EPICOR systems and processes
  • Monitor system performance and identify improvements in business operation workflow as well as regular maintenance
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation
  • Understand the EPICOR system, is able to provide the training to key users and end-users
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team, Level 2 support team, EPICOR support team for any EPICOR issues/ inquiries

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent along with three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Be familiar with EPICOR
  • At least 3 years ERP relevant project or operation experience in supply chain, production, warehouse management, HR, or Finance
  • Experience operating large scale software
  • Well developed multi-tasking capabilities and experience under pressure
  • Your strengths: structured and independent working style, team player and strong communication skills, Good English language skills, Chinese is a bonus
