Your exciting field of work:
- Managing and developing the customer portfolio within the assigned territory through regular and qualified coverage
- Systematically acquiring new target customers through proactive field sales activities
- Presenting our technical solutions and supporting customers during the project development phase
- Actively managing the sales pipeline in the CRM and contributing to the achievement of sales targets
- Working closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure integrated and synergetic market coverage
- Participating in trade fairs, industry events, and local marketing initiatives
Your convincing skills:
- Technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification; a technical degree is considered a plus
- Previous experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the electronics or electromechanical sector
- Good command of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with technical customers and decision-makers
- Good knowledge of the industrial landscape in Southern Italy is considered a plus
- Preferably based in Campania and willing to travel across the entire South Area
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach
