What to expect

  • Prospect, identify, develop and increase customer base in the assigned territory, primarily through a high level of activity through virtual meetings, online chat platform & calls, customer engagement and creating a pipeline.
  • Presenting our products and services portfolio, managing enquiries, negotiating and supporting the customer from concept stage to design in (design-win), ensuring product diversity growth.
  • Customer support and answering customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and online tools/apps.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues to develop and maintain customer relationships, and to strategically develop the assigned area towards positive growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Use of customer relationship management (CRM) platform to aid in project progression, product diversity growth and production planning
  • Salary AUD 60k – 80k per year dependent on experience

What you bring

  • Proven experience in telesales for electronic component sales or technical products
  • Preferable: experience in design or have a Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics Engineering
  • Demonstrated project management skills in a project based sales environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Fluent English & Minimum visa requirements – Australian permanent resident
  • Your strengths: high self-motivation, autonomous, strong work ethic, and confidence to work in a multidisciplinary team
