Your exciting field of work:

You feel at home between machines, assemblies and technical drawings in the production of passive components. You not only recognise manufacturing processes on paper, but also understand them down to the last detail in practice. With your mechanical engineering expertise, you think ahead in terms of processes and ensure that a drawing becomes a precisely manufactured component.
  • Understanding technology: Creating, reading and interpreting technical drawings of passive components. Apply manufacturing and assembly techniques, taking tolerances and material properties into account
  • Shine professionally: Analysing manufacturing requirements and deriving optimal manufacturing processes in the early design and development phase
  • Act conscientiously: Accompanying the sample production of components and assemblies. Checking dimensional accuracy and ensuring compliance with technical specifications
  • Maintain an overview: Evaluating manufacturing processes in terms of quality, function and cost-effectiveness
  • Optimise output: Maintaining production documents, drawing changes and technical documentation for traceable and efficient production with the integration of AI-based tools

Your convincing skills:

  • Basics: Completed technical training and further training as a mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge: Confident in reading and creating technical drawings. Good knowledge of production techniques, materials and tolerances.
  • Passion: Interest in technical details and pleasure in understanding and improving production processes
  • Communication: Global alignment with development, drafting and production teams. Fluent in English is a must. German or Chinese is a bonus
  • Strengths: Analytical thinking, structured way of working and strong quality awareness
