Das erwartet dich
- Product development of kilowatt magnetics design and manufacturing
- Has a global oriented team mindset and interfaces to all related departments
- Works with the suppliers, factories and customers/IC houses on multiple projects
- Understanding of development and design processes with project management skills
- Knowledge of factories and capabilities
Das bringst du mit
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Energy Engineering or comparable technical education
- At least 3-7 years of professional experience in the development of high power magnetics (>10kW)
- Ability to bring groups together to brainstorm ideas and generate solutions with knowledge of relevant standards for product development
- Good presentation, communication and conflict resolution skills both verbal and written
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time. (Domestically and Internationally)
- Your strengths: structured and independent working style, team player and strong communication skills, Good German and English language skills, Chinese is a bonus
