Product Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Your exciting field of work:

You have both: technical expertise and an eye for product optimisation! You have a feel for our customers' needs and implement them while taking quality and safety standards into account. As a product development engineer, you are responsible for our customer-specific passive components throughout the entire product life cycle. Become part of our team and help us push the boundaries of innovation!
  • Understanding technology: Understanding of safety standards to support customer needs and to design accordingly
  • Sharing expertise: Provide technical support to sales, manufacturing and quality departments
  • Creating new things: Design customized magnetics (Power Transformers, Inductors, Power supply etc.) to meet the specification under producibility criteria and cost effectiveness
  • Working strategically: Responsibility for the product throughout the entire life cycle (design to end of life)
  • Unfolding synergies: Work in a multidisciplinary team to provide solutions under quality aspects

Your convincing skills:

  • Basics: University degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, Physics, Physical Engineering or equivalent, work experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge: Experience in the field of power supply and power electronics development
  • Passion: Interest of design and development of customized magnetics
  • Communication: Fluent English written and verbal is a must, German is an advantage
  • Strengths: Customer oriented way of working, ability to work in a team as well as structured and independent way of working and hands-on mentality
