What to expect

You will accompany us from the idea to the market launch - product development within the product development process
  • Strategically build up, further develop and take responsibility for the worldwide product portfolio
  • Evaluate and update new technologies, innovations, suppliers, current and future market and customer requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation as well as portfolio and application analysis
  • Define and implement measures to optimize product features
  • Prepare and present marketing and sales relevant product features for different sales channels
  • This position is available on a full- and part-time basis (min. 32h). In part-time the volume of tasks will of course be adjusted

What you bring

  • Degree in optoelectronics, physics, semiconductor technology, photonics, electrical engineering and computer science or equivalent
  • Strong technical and optoelectronic understanding
  • Ideally first experiences in the field of optical sensors
  • Pleasure & willingness to travel nationally as well as internationally for business purposes
  • Very good English skills
  • Your strengths: High level of initiative and assertiveness, flexibility and sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team, willingness to learn, curiosity & openness to new, goal-oriented and structured work
