What to expect

  • Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining the quality management system
  • Participate as Internal Auditor of the ISO 9001:2015/ISO14001:2015 Integrated Management systems, as well as supporting/auditing IATF 16949:2016 implementation and training
  • Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products (NPI team) are in accordance with APQP principles (PFMEA, Control plans, PPAP)
  • Support the Quality Manager to ensure products and processes comply with relevant key customer requirements
  • Participate in formal design review meetings and quality system reviews and deliver presentations of program quality assessments to customer and internal personnel
  • Support Customer RMA activities, Root cause/Corrective actions using 5 WHY/8D methodologies

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • Previous experience in Quality Engineering, specifically manufacturing environment, 5+ years of experience in Electronics, PCB environment is an additional benefit
  • Knowledgeable in IPC-610 Quality requirements, certification to IPC-610 preferred, as well as knowledge & experience working in Automotive IATF-16949:2016 environment
  • Six Sigma Certification and manufacturing experience preferred
  • Your strengths: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, ability to work well with others, reliability
