Quality & Sustainability Engineer (m/w/d)

In this role, you take an active part in shaping and evolving our Quality Management System while supporting key sustainability initiatives. You analyze, structure, document, and empower – always with precision and a holistic view.   • Strengthen structures: Take ownership of maintaining and developing the quality management system (ISO 9001)
  • Support change: Conduct internal audits and support external inspections Stay focused: Collect, analyze, and monitor quality KPIs, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Shape the future: Assist in implementing and documenting sustainability goals (GRI, CSRD, etc.)
  • Stay organized: Maintain QMS documentation, including process descriptions and training programs
  • Lay the foundation: Conduct trainings and awareness initiatives on quality and sustainability

Your convincing skills:

  • Basics: Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or industrial/quality management
  • Expertise: Familiarity with ISO 9001, internal audits, and sustainability reporting (GRI, CSRD, EcoVadis); confident use of standard quality tools and frameworks
  • Passion: Strong interest in quality and sustainability topics, combined with a high level of implementation skills
  • Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel. You regularly commute between the USA, Asia and Europe
  • Communication: Fluent in German and English – written and spoken
  • Strengths: Analytical thinking, structured approach to work, and ability to collaborate across disciplines
