Sales Trainee (m/f/d)

The business unit Würth Elektronik CBT is Europe’s leading producer of circuit boards and the origin of the entire Würth Elektronik Group.

Our trainee program offers you a hands-on training program that will enable you to take over your own sales territory within one year. In a hybrid model, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor right from the start. You will get to know all sales-relevant departments, receive various trainings and regularly join sales employees in the field. Your tasks will include the acquisition of new customers and the preparation of individual offers as well as the development and establishment of existing customer relationships. This will be done independently from your home office and directly on-site with customers.
