Test Field Manager / Laboratory Manager (m/f/d) | Munich | Job-ID 3029

Your tasks on board

  • Procurement and maintenance of the laboratory environment and measurement equipment as well as technical purchasing of components and accessories
  • staff training on how to operate the measurement and test systems, as well as conducting safety briefings for employees with test field access
  • Supporting the engineers in their tests and measurements as well as in the creation of test and inspection specifications
  • Responsibility for measuring and test equipment management incl. calibration as well as planning, design and construction of measuring stations and test stands
  • Execution of test and measurement series including evaluation and analysis of the test results as well as continuous optimization and adaptation of existing test and inspection programs

Your requirements

  • Completed training as a technician (m/f/d) or study in the field of electrical engineering
  • Confident use of measurement equipment such as LCR meters, oscilloscopes, network and spectrum analyzers, etc.
  • Craftsmanship skills such as drilling, sawing, filing, etc.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Your strengths: above-average diligence, strong communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team
