For Würth Elektronik Stelvio Kontek (Oggiono, Italy), we are looking for you to strengthen our team in a full-time position (40 hours/week) as a Sales Engineer for Cataloque & Custom Connector Solutions (m/f/d) for the Hamburg and Kassel region (Central and Northern Germany)

Your exciting field of work:

You do more than just sell - you show possibilities, provide answers, and exceed expectations. Your goal is to understand your customers’ individual needs, advise them competently with technical expertise, and find the perfect solutions to their complex technical challenges. With you, customers become partners.
  • Build trust: Acquire new customers and actively support existing customers
  • Shape new opportunities: Build new business relationships with both existing and new customers and work closely with our production departments in Italy
  • Demonstrate expertise: Provide competent customer consulting for design-in processes involving custom solutions
  • Present with confidence: Participate in trade shows and quarterly sales meetings
  • Take ownership: Prepare quotations, including independent pricing, and manage your projects through to contract conclusion and beyond
  • Stay organized: Prepare and follow up on customer appointments from your home office

Your convincing skills:

  • Basics: Degree in engineering/electrical engineering or completed training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, communications engineering, telecommunications engineering, or electromechanic engineering
  • Knowledge: Ideally, solid sales experience in electromechanics or electronics
  • Passion: Enthusiasm for sales, empathy, and entrepreneurial instinct
  • Willingness to travel: Enjoy being on the road and advising customers on site (approx. 3 days per week)
  • Communication: Business-fluent German and good English skills
  • Strengths: Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and a structured way of working
