What to expect
- Manage direct reports via alignment talk process to ensure both individual employee and regional growth targets are achieved utilizing action plans and a management system, centered on a project management approach from design-in to order fulfillment, that empowers individualized responsibility and potential for success
- Understand and analyze data from systems and reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to evaluate territory, team, product, customer and sales performance, making necessary adjustments in approach and/or employee behavior
- Align and collaborate with other internal department managers to ensure the company is passionately and consistently delivering the most convenient customer experience
- In coordination with regional leadership, provide insights into market trends and market share, define short and long-term Regional Sales department mission, milestones and strategy, and develop and allocate annual sales plans to individual regions
- Build a management level network with top customers and international colleagues
